About Us
The Conflict Fragility and Resilience (CFR) and Accountability and Effective Institutions (AEI) teams within the Partnership and Policies Division of the Development Co-operation Directorate (DCD) of the OECD promotes the achievement of Busan commitments on governance, peace-building and fragility. The Teams aims to achieve impact through improved development practice; engaging with stakeholders in a variety of forums, including the International Dialogue on Peace-building/State-building and the Effective Institutions Platform. The Team also supports OECD-DAC networks dedicated to governance and fragility issues (GovNet and INCAF).
